Training nearly completed in Font Romeu now. It has been a wonderful experience with fantastic trails. The toughest part throughout has been being away from my family, I have never been away this long before so I really hope it pays off in Barcelona. Some of the days have been real tough , but I'm sure it will be well worth it. My taper for the marathon will begin shortly, however still have to do a few more sessions in the heat chamber once I'm back in the UK!! Not long to the Championships now and looking forward to it! |
